Industry Trends and Pitfalls...
The Cash In Transit Industry has not been pro-active in its progression throughout the years.
Ideals which may have been effective many years ago may not be relevant in today's climate.
Criminals are becoming more organised, taking more risks and becoming more brazen in their attempts at robberies and heists.
High visibility vehicles and uniformed guards are no longer the safe standard, the high visibility aspect draws attention and informs criminals that not only large amounts of cash are passing through the business but also the times and days in which it is being collected.
Criminals also target these types of services knowing that they not only obtain the cash, but also gain 3 - 4 additional firearms from the guards at the time of robbery.
In order to provide not only the best but also the safest service for all concerned, Knightguard Protection Group stay ahead of the game by continuously improving and adapting our procedures to suit the ever changing environment of cash and valuables transportation.

Most providers are forced to utilise banks for their client's cash, change and float requirements often falling short due to the banks holding less cash on hand.
Those same providers also expose not only themselves to robbery but also your staff as they return to your place of business twice in order to fulfill the change requirement.
Some of the larger providers issue their clients a cheque for the amount collected, this puts unnecessary delays on your banking, this may result in a loss of potential interest as well as pressure on your cash flow requirements.
They do this to "make money from your money", your money is processed by them, deposited into their own account overnight which increases their share price on the stock exchange.
Knightguard does not partake in this type of activity, we value our clients and will assist in an way we can in order to maximise their successand return on investment.
