Once a collection and change delivery schedule is established, the following procedure is applied:
You place a change order via a simple email form to our nominated department
Our count room staff processes your order and prepare it for delivery
Your order is allocated to the appropriate Operative and dispatched
We then attend your business on the nominated day WITH your change order requirement
A cash collection will also be conducted whilst on site if required - The change ordering and collection process is now completed with no return visit required, minimising exposure and risk
Your banking will be securely transported to your nominated bank

The email order is processed in Knightguard's cash processing centre
The cash / change order is allocated to the CIT team and scheduled for delivery
The cash / change order is delivered to the client

Your cash is collected, sealed, signed for and secured
The collection is securely transported to your nominated bank
Your cash is delivered to the bank, Knightguard obtains a stamp and signature from the bank as confirmation of delivery
Your cash is deposited into your account on the same day earning interest
Most providers are forced to utilise banks for their client's cash, change and float requirements often falling short due to the banks holding less cash on hand.
Those same providers also expose not only themselves to robbery but also your staff as they return to your place of business twice in order to fulfill the change requirement.
